Happy New Year 2014 to all my fellow gamers. I know it's a bit late to list out my best games of 2013 but hey better late than never right? This list will exclude several hit games because I feel that I need to be honest with myself when listing my best games by including only my finish games. So gamers these are my Top 10 best games of 2013.
No. 10 : FIFA 14
Starting with this entry is the sports games. What?? Yeah, damn sure I list it correctly. FIFA 14 had you spending more time this time around with more features like the ultimate team, seasons, co-op seasons and many more. The ball physics feature is one of my favorite as you feel like real player when you run with the ball and scoring goal. This is the far more better FIFA than the previous one.
No. 9 : DMC Devil May Cry
To be honest, I don't really care all about this game cosmetics. As long as the game maintaining its core gameplay it's already good enough for me. Exciting hack and slash combo is still the best thing although Dante maybe got a little too emotional. Still it's still one of my best in 2013.
No. 8 : Dead Space 3
Ok please don't hate me internet. There is a reason why Dead Space 3 is in my list. I know the survival horror theme seems to milk away right from the second DS but it's still fun to play and creepiness are still there just not as strong as it was in DS1. That hardcore and goriness are what makes Dead Space 3 deserved to be my list.
No. 7 : Metro Last Light
How do you survive the aftermath of nuclear apocalypse? Metro Last Light gives you the big picture of the world become. One thing about this game is that it teach you how to survive. Once you're out in the open, you're on your own. Not only you have to face all the mutanic animals but also poison gas that polluted the environment. Fully recommended for all.
No. 6 : Mortal Kombat Complete Edition
I'm talking about the PC version here and not the consoles. I'm a bit surprised after playing this game and it is actually really really good. I know that the previous Mortal Kombat are good but I do not expect this game to be my favorite. Even the single player campaign is good. This game is such a badass that every time you heard the magical 'FINISH HIM' word, you keep pressing all the button in order to get a FATALITY. Mortal Kombat you're are aweome!
No. 5 : Tomb Raider
I like the reboot far more than the previous ones because this game makes you feel Lara emotion pretty deep. Great voice acting and combat gameplay what makes the game experience exciting with all the tension that Lara had to face. Try and played it, it will not dissapoint.
No. 4 : Far Cry 3
From the look of the wallpaper, you know that this game is bad ass. Vaas is so cynical and ruthless. He's unpredictable. You have to survive in the jungle and hunt wild animals in order to get even with Vaas. Open world jungle? What more can you ask for? This game is well deserved to be in the best games in 2013.
No. 3 : Grand Theft Auto V
Ah Grand Auto V! You get gamers excited and you do not dissapoint. Featuring not one, not two but three main protagonists, each with their own life and problem. The game suck you in when its introduced the switching feature between these 3 protagonists and makes you realize the exact problem that we're facing in our real world. Controversial but worth to be one of the best.
No. 2 : Assassin's Creed IV Blackflag
This annually franchise seems to silence most of the gaming critics by featuring and combining pirates and assassins. Most of the time on the Jackdaw are so precious to me and exploring, plundering and capturing enemy's ship and fort what makes me keep on playing this game. Deserved to my second best.
No. 1 : The Last Of Us
And the moment of truth. The best of the best. You all see this coming and you know why TLOU deserved to be No. 1 in my list. To be honest with all the zombie games available in the market, this game truly change my way of viewing these zombie apocalypse thingy. Great character development especially Ellie and great game play too. That's why folks The Last Of Us is the BEST games of 2013!
